Please review the following terms before using MemberHub.

MemberHub provides access to courses, resources, coaching materials, communities, recordings, and other program content offered by New Law Business Model.

Access to Programs and Memberships
  • Your access is based on the program, membership, product, or service you purchased.
  • Access periods, included resources, coaching, live calls, communities, and renewal terms may vary by program.
  • Each program or membership may be governed by its own agreement.
  • If there is any conflict between the information shown in MemberHub and your signed agreement, your signed agreement will control.
Account Use
  • Your login is intended for your individual use unless your program specifically includes access for associates, team members, or other approved users.
  • Please do not share your login credentials with anyone who has not been granted access.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
Course Content and Intellectual Property
  • Course materials, videos, templates, recordings, downloads, and other resources are owned by or licensed to New Law Business Model.
  • Content may only be used as permitted under your applicable program or membership agreement.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or share platform content outside your authorized use.
Coaching, Communities, and Member Conduct
  • Please interact respectfully with coaches, team members, experts, and other members.
  • Do not share confidential, private, or identifying information belonging to another person without permission.
  • New Law Business Model may remove content or restrict access when platform guidelines or program terms are violated.
Changes to Access
  • Your platform access may change if you upgrade, downgrade, cancel, pause, complete, or expire from a program.
  • Some courses or resources may remain available after a program ends, while coaching, live calls, communities, or other services may not.
  • Your signed agreement determines the specific access included with your purchase.
