We LOVE our members and want you all to succeed! In order to ensure that you do, we have developed several layers of support that we offer for our various programs.

All Available Support Offerings

  1. Knowledge Base
    • We have created a robust knowledge base with answers to our member’s frequently asked questions. We are adding articles all the time so check back frequently to see if you can find the answer yourself before opening up a support ticket.
  2. Support Ticketing
      • We offer unlimited questions and answers via support tickets to all members no matter what program or level you purchased. Be sure to login to tie your ticket to your account so we know who sent it.
  3. Dedicated Exclusive Facebook Groups
    • Our Facebook Groups provide support and community for our members in our various programs.
  4. Forum 
    • Our Forum is a place for our members and Law Business Mentors to chat, share ideas, get help and it also offers us a place to post announcements related to your program.
  5. Group Coaching Calls
    • Our Group Coaching Calls provide support in implementing the New Law Business Model to build and scale your practice. These calls provide an open forum for you to ask questions to the mentor leading the call around technical questions related to Estate or Business Planning, Client Engagement, growing your law business, or any other questions that arise as a result of going through our programs.
  6. 1:1 Coaching with a Core Program Coach
    • Our Core Program Coaches are available to support you on your journey through the Life & Legacy Planning Program.
  7. 1:1 Coaching with a Law Business Success Coach
    • Our Law Business Success Coaches are available to support you after you complete the Life & Legacy Planning Program and are ready to build your practice the NLBM way by becoming a Family Business Lawyer or Personal Family Lawyer. As NLBM coaches, a part of our role is supporting you in understanding the system, finding information, and identifying the next steps. However, our support is deeper than that. As coaches, it’s our duty to go beyond the training and systems to identify and presence other more intangible things that may impact how you’re progressing. We can explore fears, beliefs, mindset, and other factors that impact how you show up in your practice. Being open and willing to explore these areas can make a huge difference. Sometimes, it’s the key to your breakthrough!
  8. Zoom Support
    • Ad-hoc support via Zoom is provided to our Accelerator Members to help them automate their business to scale more easily and efficiently.
  9. Open Office Hours
    • Our Open Office Hours provide support to our Accelerator Members to help them automate their business to scale more easily and efficiently.
