This is the weekly time to think through an overall strategy to booking more FWPS and also finding education opportunities.

This time can include:
-Meetings with marketing support
-Contacting organizations or referral partners to set up presentations
-Preparing a week's worth of social media content
-Reviewing ads
-Creating content

This time is focused on directly reaching out to inquiries (people who verbalized interest in your services or a family wealth planning session), and can be handled by your CSD.

After the engagement meeting, you will review the design sheet + notes, identify any missing information, scan all documents into your client management system, process the payment and trigger automated email sequence that goes out to clients after engagement.
